Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition
- The nail stickers must remain in their original sealed black pouch
- The outer packaging must be intact
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or partially used.
How to request a return
Please email us at support@glowssy.eu including:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Defective or incorrect item
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos as proof
We will find a solution as quickly as possible (replacement or refund).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our side
- Sale items are non-refundable
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded
