What are semi-cured gel nail wraps and how do they work?
Semi-cured gel nail wraps are the latest innovation in nail technology.
Imagine professional-quality gel polish… but in wrap form!
They allow you to achieve beautiful salon-style gel nails at home, for a fraction of the salon price — without damaging your natural nails and without long drying times.
The gel is pre-cured at 60%, making the wraps flexible, elastic, and very easy to apply.
Simply peel off the wrap, place it onto your natural nail, and cure it under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds. It will harden and perfectly adapt to the shape of your nail.
Each set includes 20 wraps to fit all nail sizes.
They don’t require soaking for removal. Thanks to their gentle adhesive base, you can lift them off easily without damaging your natural nails.
Will it damage my natural nails?
No. Glowssy wraps are safe, non-toxic, HEMA-free, and made with professional-quality gel.
Once cured, the gel acts as an additional protective layer, helping to strengthen your natural nails against breakage and even nail biting.
Glowssy technology also allows for easy, damage-free removal.
Simply loosen the adhesive with nail polish remover or a neutral oil, then gently lift the wraps off your nail.
Can Glowssy wraps be used as nail extensions?
Glowssy gel wraps are designed to be applied directly to the natural length of your nails. They are not intended to be used as nail extensions on their own.
Unlike acrylic nails, Glowssy wraps are not rigid. Instead, once cured, they adapt to the shape of your natural nail, helping them stay securely in place without lifting or peeling.
How long does a Glowssy manicure last?
With proper nail preparation and correct application, Glowssy wraps can last up to 2 weeks or more and in some cases, even over a month.
Just make sure not to apply them over the skin or cuticle for the best, longest-lasting results.
How many manicures are included in one pack?
Each Glowssy pack includes 20 wraps, which typically allows you to create 1 to 2 full manicures.
PRO TIP: If you have shorter nails, you can cut each wrap in half and use it on two nails giving you even more value from each pack.
How should I store unused wraps?
Store any unused wraps in their original black pouch, in a cool, dark place.
Glowssy wraps can begin to cure inside the packaging if exposed to sunlight or UV/LED light.
Do I need a UV/LED lamp to cure them?
Yes! Glowssy wraps are made with real gel, so they must be cured under a UV/LED lamp to harden and perfectly adapt to the shape of your natural nails.
Our portable UV/LED lamp is included FREE with the Starter Kit.
How can I tell if my Glowssy wraps are fully cured?
Glowssy wraps are fully cured once they are no longer flexible and you can’t leave a mark on the surface with your nail.
If they still feel slightly soft or elastic, cure them for a little longer under the UV/LED lamp until fully hardened.
Can I trim the excess before curing under the lamp?
Yes, it’s actually recommended to trim the excess before curing. This allows you to reuse the leftover wrap for another manicure and get even more value from each set.
In some of our videos, we trim after curing to demonstrate that Glowssy is different from traditional nail polish stickers. It hardens after curing and doesn’t stay soft or flexible.
Are Glowssy nail wraps vegan?
Yes, Glowssy nail wraps are 100% vegan and made without any animal-derived ingredients.
Are Glowssy nail wraps HEMA-free?
Yes! You can feel confident. Glowssy nail wraps are completely HEMA-free.
Are Glowssy nail wraps waterproof?
Yes, Glowssy nail wraps are completely waterproof once fully cured under a UV/LED lamp.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, we can modify your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
Please email us at contact@glowssy.eu with your new address and include in the subject line: “URGENT REQUEST”.
You may also be able to redirect your package by contacting the courier directly.
If you need any assistance, let us know and our team will do everything possible to help you.
I have received an incorrect or defective item.
Please email our team within 7 days at contact@glowssy.eu, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item.
We are committed to resolving your case as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, as appropriate.

The processing and packing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days.

Application Support
We understand that gel nail wraps are a relatively new technology and may require a little practice to master.
If you experience issues such as early lifting or stiffness, we encourage you to contact us at contact@glowssy.eu. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you.
When you contact us, we will ask a few questions to help identify the cause of the issue. In most cases, proper nail preparation and correct application significantly improve the results and durability.
Our goal is for you to get the most out of your Glowssy, and we will support you every step of the way.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will resolve the issue promptly.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
All purchases are final. If you wish to cancel your order, a 9.5% administrative fee will be applied to cover processing costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@glowssy.eu.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item worth more than €69.99, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
